greetings to all
In the Name of ALLAH, the Merciful, the Merciful.
Pejam celik today entered our third day of fasting. Alhamdulillah, Allah Most High still gives us two great blessings, namely the blessings of faith and Islam. There is still a chance to continue fasting in a month full of doubts.

By human nature to fast
“Everyone needs food even when they are sick because the toxins in the food accumulate in the body and make them sick in the body, so their vitality decreases. When a person fasts, he is freed from poisons and feels a vitality and strength he has never felt before." (Dr. Mac Fedan - International Medical Expert)

Instead of words, Dr. Mac Fedan above, it is clear to us that by nature human beings do indeed need a certain amount of time to heal the body of toxins from food and medicines. This is because the Poison that accumulated in a person's body would weaken the body and decrease the person's vitality.

Hot Ramadan
Ramadan comes from the word "ramadho" which means scorching heat. In Islam, the month of Ramadan is the ninth month of the Hijrah calendar. Fasting was diffarhukan for all Muslims from the 2nd year of Hijra until Judgment Day.
It is usually very hot in this month. Along with that name, I hope Ramadhan is peaceful and dissolve all the sins that have been punished by people who are fasta.

Ramadan specials:
1. Month of fasting

2. The Quran has been revealed
This important event occurred on the 17th of Ramadan when the Prophet Mohammed was 40 years old and is currently preaching in Hira'.

As we all know, Allah Almighty gave a blessing to Muslims, finankar will try Islam, only 313 people against infidels up to 1,300 people.

Another great redaat in the month of Ramadan is the "Fathul Mecca" redaat. It happened in the month of Ramadan at 8H.

4. Full of blessings
The month of Ramadan is a month known as "the beginning is mercy, the middle is forgiveness, and the end is kept away from hellfire."

Doing the recommended practices during the fasting month is istiqamah as qiamulail.

Why do you need open dates?

When breaking their fast, Muslims ask their followers to break their fast with dates and water. Dates will quickly provide energy to the body. When we have shown the story of Maryam, the mother of the prophet Isa AS, Maryam leans on the base of the date palm when she feels pain for having lost a child. Then Allah Most High sent an angel to inform Supia by waving the date palm to get the disguised date. From this story we can make Konsumar that dates can energize Maryam when she feels bad about the author of Prophet Isa AS.

The dates are also the exact Sunnah of the Prophet SAW. Dates are a fruit that is a blessing for the right. Rasulullah SAW bequeathed his people to break their fast with dates in the month of Ramadan.

He saw the تعليق Rasulullah عليها ومعلاد;
"If the kalang kamu's sierungan is open, then he will open it with tamar. If it is not there, then he will open his sarija with water because it is a purifier." (Narrated by Abu Daud, Book of Fasting, Number 2355 and At-Tirmizi, Book of Almsgiving, Number 658)

From Anas, actually Prophet SAW broke his fast with Ruthhab before prayer, if there is no Ruthhab, then with ripe dates, if there is none, then by sipping water. (Narrated by Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi)

Healthy dates
It is clear that there are many health benefits behind the Sunnah of the Prophet SAW. That is why Rasulullah SAW prefers dates over other foods for breaking the fast. This is nothing but the territory why Medana Kaagungan dates are good for health.
If you look at it from a healthy face, when it's time to open up, the organs start to become active and have to accept something sweet. As a result, the digestive organs slowly start to work so that in order to continue digesting heavier foods, for example, during the day, to smooth sikbar vehishana, it must be done before embagumat. It also aims to slow down the age of the vehicle.

Likewise with our bodies. The health of kantatu sanatu for the first time of worship is not only at the beginning of Ramadan. As the Arab proverb says "al-aqlus salim fil jismi salem" which literally means: "a healthy mind is born with a healthy body".

Dates mourn hunger and thirst
The requirement for fasting people is that they must eat food that is easy to eat. The food nutrient that is digested fastest and reaches the blood is sugar. Kuchusani is a food containing one or two sugars (glucose or sucrose). This is because the body can secrete sugar easily and quickly within minutes. Also, if the stomach is empty, like this fast person.

If we look for food that can equal two kangungan gangan (eliminating hunger and thirst), then we will not find better food than what Prophet SAW said. I am sorry.

manifestation of sugar in dates
Based on research it is known that 86-87% content of dates consists of 20-24% air, 70-75% sugar and 2-3% protein. While it is 8.5% whey. Based on research, Ruthab (Leg) was found to contain 65-70% air, 24-58% fat, 1.2-2% protein and 2.5% whey .
