Jihad is the culmination of the power and glory of Islam. The jihadists will occupy a high position in heaven because they also have a high position in the world. Fas. daksiatric order. Sanhte, according to syara' jihad, is to dedicate all the suffering to the infidels' compucha. [See Fatul Bari 6/77] To disperse it, Jihad has four parts.
A) Jihad is against lust which includes four issues viz.
i) Jihad against wishes in the search and delmanuyah veresana true religion.
ii) jihad against lust in the sexy knowledge that has been obtained.
iii) jihad against wishes to open knowledge and religion that is true.
(iv) jihad against wishes by being patient in acquiring knowledge, doing charity and preaching.
B) Jihad against Satan, which can be done in two ways.
i) Rejihad against satan, rejecting everything created by satan in the form of suspicions and doubts that may arise in Cayman.
ii) Jihad against satan with the Ethiopian race, which is directly demonic and renounces destructive passions.
C) Jihad against godless people, tyrants, heretics and criminals.
Jihad involves three phases viz.
i) with your hands if you can.
ii) If not Mapu, then with Lisa
iii) if you can't either, then with your heart, that it is still difficult for a Muslim to do this. That is, by being with them, not responding to them, not sitting with them, not asking them, and not putting pressure on them.
Rasulullah Shallallah Alayhi wa Sallam said: “Three cases; whoever in substance is covered in these three things, then he will see the delicacy of faith; Allah and His Messenger are loved more than others, he loves someone only because Allah loves him and he repents after Allah saves him as he loved a Muslim in Hell.” (H. Bukhari)
"Whoever loves by Allah, hates by Allah, tell me by Allah, don't tell me by Allah, then it means he has perfected his faith" [HR Abu Dawud]
"Whoever does something new or mourns a heretic, he will be subject to the curse of Allah, the angels and all mankind" [HR Bukhari and Muslim]
Jihad against verbally evil people is the right of those who abuse and among the clergy, that is, by presenting arguments and refuting their arguments, as well as their deviation, whether in writing or wa. Sayakhul Islam Ibn Taimiyyah said:
Saykhul Islam also said: If a mubtadi calls aqidah who studies the Quran and Sunnah or takes a manhaj from the Quran and Sunnah, and is concerned that it will mislead people, then wataji. people are awake from their error and know their accuracy” [See Al-Fatawa 28/221]
Therefore. and the lies of heretics are fardu kifayah because if Allah had not resurrected those who refute them, religion would have been corrupted.
Aware of the damage done, their actions, more pasasi dalipangan infidels of infidels. This is because, due to disbelief, infidels can be received by all people, while many heretics are delivered only by pious people. As for jihad against unjust people, it is the right of the authorities or Amirul Muqminin, that is, the way to defend Hudud (law) against anyone who violates the laws of Allah and the Messenger. Just as Abu Bakr had done with people who refused to pay zakat, Ali bin Abi Talib had done with the Khawarij and Siya Rafidah.
D) Jihad against hypocrites and disbelievers
What about the jihad against the hypocrites and disbelievers? He fights with his khadi, or with his tongue, or with paper, or with his pliers; So every Muslim wages jihad against one of these jihad jinis. [See Zadul Maad 3/64]
However, due to fardhu kifaya law, jihad against infidels is not fardhuain unless one of the following four conditions is met:
i) The tools are in the middle of a battle.
ii) when Negerina was attacked by enemies; Sayakhul Islam Ibn Taimiyyah said: "If the enemy has attacked the land of Islam, there is no doubt that for some Muslims it is obligatory to defend the land in the next land, and then in the next land, because the land of Islam is like the land "Al-Id3khtiya) with this name Jihad Difa'
iii) Akbali is ruled by the Imam (Amirul Mukminin) for the whole world.
iv) Then jihad becomes mandatory if necessary. [See al-Mughni, Al-Majmu', Zaadul Mustaqni]
As for the jihad that is prescribed against disbelievers (with other people), there are three stages, viz.
i) prohibits almost non-Muslims from marrying without obligation. Allah says: "Have kizimani (fight) for those who are fought, for more of them have been persecuted." And verily, Allah Ta'ala helped me." [Al-Hajj. 39]
ii) Know the ribs of the fighting kaffirs are hardly Muslim. Allah said: "And the PERMISSIONS AND JATAN-those who remind you, (but) do not exceed the limits, because you do not like those who exceed the limits" [Al-Baqarah. 190]
iii) The command that all musiriks strictly adhere to it so that the religion of Allah is established on earth. “And the war of the musiriks is very tamarind; and say that Allah is with those who fear Allah” [At-Taubah. 36]
This third stage is not eradicated so that it becomes a mandatory stipulation that jihad is mandatory until Judgment Day. Shaykh Ibn Baz Rahimahullah said: "This third Marhalah (stage) is not destroyed, it remains obligatory under the conditions of Hardly Muslim" [Fadlu Al-Jihad Wal Mujahidin, 2,440]
This is a brief step-by-step summary of the Order's Joint Jihad. All this is difficult for Muslims to understand, that is, in the sense of jihad, according to the conditions that must be met. Walla a'lam
